What’s a SPOT Worth?

January 9, 2015 - 2 minutes read

It’s the most common question I get as a member of Team SPOT, “ Hey Mitch, how much do you think my SPOT is worth?” The answer is difficult and contingent upon many things; what’s happening in the area that night, how good the Red Sox have been this season, is it going to snow this month? But in light of all of that we’ve conducted some surveys, aggregated data from around the city, and of course used our own super-smaht best judgement, in developing this pricing guide to help you navigate the process. As always you’re free to set your own prices as you wish, but a little guideline never hurt anyone and it sure helps everyone #parkeasier when they know what a space should be worth.
