  • How do I pay for a SPOT?

    You’ll be prompted once you’ve selected a SPOT to rent for the first time. You can securely scan your credit card and link it to your account or use Apple Pay.

  • How can I put my SPOT up for rent?

    Check out this quick video to learn how to easily upload your parking SPOT - www.parkeasier.com/owners - You can list it hourly, daily, weekly or monthly! Whether it’s available for one hour, one day or the whole month, we make it easy for you to earn money from your private parking SPOT.

  • Are there any fees associated with using SPOT?

    The app is completely free with no up-front costs whether you're a Renter or an Owner. SPOT will only receive a 20% commission for each transaction made, so unless you are making money, we aren’t either!

  • How do I get paid after someone rents my SPOT?

    We pay out owners on a monthly or bi-weekly basis through what you deem is the easiest method. We can pay you out via direct deposit, PayPal, and Venmo. You’ll be asked to make that choice after listing your first SPOT by following a link sent to your email. Should you choose to change payment methods at any point you can do so by following that same link or logging into your account to edit payout details at app.parkeasier.com/users

  • I’ve booked a SPOT but it's currently occupied, what should I do?

    You should always get in contact with the Owner first as most times they'll be able to resolve the situation quickest. You can simply message them in the app.

    Otherwise, click “Report a problem” within the app and describe the situation as best as possible. We're usually able to resolve these issues within a few minutes. If your situation requires an urgent response you can also get ahold of us by phone at (844) SPOT-APP. You can also message our Support Team through the app. Tap the “Messages” button on the main menu and “Message SPOT Team” - we will respond immediately!

  • My SPOT hasn't been rented yet, why?

    We have thousands of Renters looking to book a SPOT every single day. There are various factors that could be affecting this including pricing, availability, etc. Please reference the “Suggested SPOT Pricing” page. Feel free to email us at [email protected] and we can have one of our account managers review your listing to see what updates can be made.

  • How much is my SPOT worth?

    Our mantra is, any money is better than no money at all! The easiest way to see how much your SPOT can be rented for is to look at our “What’s A SPOT Worth” pricing guide. Here you will see what SPOTs around you are currently renting for. Pricing is arguably the toughest, yet most frequently asked question we receive. We recommend pricing your SPOT at roughly 50-75% the price of the nearest garage or pay-to-park lot. It also could be helpful to browse the platform and see what others in your neighborhood are charging.

  • Does SPOT allow public spaces to be listed?

    SPOTs on our platform are only listed by the people with the rights to the parking spaces themselves; we don’t allow for listings of public parking spaces, or individuals attempting to profit from another person’s property. We take this extremely seriously. SPOT has worked extensively to cultivate a working relationship with the proper authorities all the way up to the mayor’s office. SPOT's platform is safe and secure and we intend to keep it as such with a very honest and understanding SPOT community.
